The Juhu Progressive Association is conducting their first Durga Puja this year at the playground next to Ecole Mondiale World School. It is a 5 day program till Dashami on Wednesday. In addition to doing the Pua the right way, they also have cultural programs every evening. Their Moorthy of Ma Durga is the only correct one I have seen so far. Class 9, 2012

Mamli is now in class 9. The pressure is very high compared to last year. The school board,  CBSE, has made many changes and this actually results in more pressure as each and every exam now weighs towards the final matriculation result. On top of that R. N. Podar school goofed up big time. They schedued 3 major tests one after the other with less than a week’s go between each. That is 2 months of continous exams.
