I few days ago I was upset with Vodafone India and wrote about my experience.
I posted on Twitter too, with a link to the post. Vodafone contacted me in a little while and asked me for details. They soon resolved the issue with their web site and I was able to successfully create an auto debit standing instruction for my Son’s mobile number. And mine too. 🙂
Vodafone was trying to contact me on my mobile for the last few days but given my schedule I wasn’t able to respond to their calls. They sent me an email and I managed to the job done.
Have been a Vodafone (India) customer for many years now with multiple mobile connections for the family. This kind of focus to customer support has been the Hallmark.
